GENESYS engages high quality, specialized background investigation firms to ensure compliance with our clients’ screening requirements. Common screening requirements include investigation of employment and criminal history, confirmation of academic credentials, and verification of Social Security registration.
The right skills can make or break a project, so our team utilizes a combination of technical interviews and online testing tools when necessary to ensure only the most qualified candidates are presented to our clients. But the technical assessment of the consultant is only half of the process. Through in-depth interviews with the consultant and references, our experienced recruiting team also determines if the consultant possesses the right attitude as well as technical ability required for success.
