Cathy Bruschi is Co-founder and CEO of GENESYS Consulting Services. Over the course of 35 years working in the IT staffing and consulting industry, Ms. Bruschi has been intimately involved in virtually every aspect of the business including sales, recruiting, finance, human resources, technical and operations management. Under her leadership, GENESYS has become a leading IT staffing and consulting business in New York State. Ms. Bruschi oversees financial, procurement, recruiting, contracts, and operations management as well as our partnership relationships with small, women, minority and veteran owned businesses. Ms. Bruschi has a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Science Degree, both from the State University of New York at Albany. Her passions are golf, gardening, and historical fiction.
Leo Pfohl
Vice President
Leo Pfohl is Vice President of GENESYS Consulting Services. With over 25 years working in executive roles for information technology consulting companies, Mr. Pfohl has extensive experience in technology services, marketing, account management, contract negotiation, and operations management. Leo’s proven ability to develop and support clients in the public and private sectors as well as his work in building and maintaining key relationships with our partners has resulted in high levels of customer satisfaction and strong, long-term bonds between GENESYS and our clients. Mr. Pfohl has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Management from Siena College. In his free time, Leo enjoys boating, reading, and watching sports.

Damian Bruschi is Co-founder and President of GENESYS Consulting Services. Mr. Bruschi began his career as a computer programmer and has extensive experience in sales and business operations management over his 36 years of experience in the IT industry. Mr. Bruschi has a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Business Administration Degree, both from the State University of New York at Albany.

Crista Maiello
Controller
Ms. Crista Maiello, Controller, has over 25 years of experience working for local consulting firms. She is responsible for managing the business and financial functions of the GENESYS administrative office. Ms. Maiello handles all accounting, billing and employee relations at GENESYS including accounts payable, accounts receivable, in-house payroll, and oversees human resources and benefits administration. Ms. Maiello has an extensive background in accounting and human resources, having worked in such capacities in multiple organizations throughout her career. Ms. Maiello earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Business from the State University of New York at Albany.

Kelsey McKeon, Technical Recruiter, spent nearly a decade fundraising for political campaigns before joining GENESYS. She has a passion for building new connections and helping IT professionals land their dream jobs. Kelsey earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Seton Hall University. In her free time, she enjoys riding her bike and skiing.
